The geographical area of validity extends to the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany as well as to foreign countries subject to the following restrictions:

"Liability claims with foreign reference:

The insurance cover does not extend to liability claims
a) which are asserted before foreign courts;

(§22 ZPO);

b) arising from the violation or non-observance of foreign law;
​
c) which are asserted from activities carried out through
branches, branch offices or other
abroad, insofar as these are not included in a special
